Does the army have a military ball?

I know the Marine corps has several locations where they hold theirs, i was wondering if the Army was the same way?

Yes the army has military balls.  We had one right b4 my husband deployed.

Yes, but the Army generally does regimental balls.  So if you are in AMEDD (Army Medical Dept) you will most likely have an AMEDD Ball. If you are MP you will have an MP Ball.  They are normally held around the same time every year, a significant date for the regiment, but this shifts sometimes due to deployments.

Yes they do. Some units will hold them more than others.

good question i'm not sure...i wonder if the navy has them?
