Does the average european benefit from the strong euro and how?

In their own countries, do Europeans feel benefits themselves or in their economies? How big of an impact does an individual feel, not the economy in general?

  1. It's cheaper for them to go on vacation in the US...


  2. Europeans do consume lots of consumer goods imported from other countries besides visiting different currencies. All these become cheaper when the Euro rises in value relative to other currebncies.. It helps keep inflation down. But the domestic producers face stronger competion from abroad and their export prices rise for the buyers abroad. They get adversely affected. Unless productivity improve, this may men that some average European may have to accept lower/ stagnat wages or lose jobs for  while.
