  1. For entry in and out of the USA, you will require an individual passport for EVERY person traveling in and out of the country.


  2. i know that babies can travel with parent's passport. i dont know if that's for ur country too, thogh!

  3. I would suggest playing it safe and getting a passport for everyone. US customs can be pretty intense. Don't give them any reason to make things more difficult than it needs to be.

  4. In India, not reqd.  Endorsement is enough.

    You can obtain a separate passport also.,

IF your country allows the baby to be added to your passport, then that is fine for the U.S.  You will need to ask the passport office in India if you cn add the baby to your passport or if you need to get him his own.  In the U.S., it is the law that babies have their own passports, but the law in india may be different.
