Does the blue match the other shirt?

i don't know if the blue[teal] matches, i just one others opinions.

I personally wouldn't wear the blue with that top . I would probably just wear a black tank top under that shirt . If you try to put too many different colors in there it might look a little like you didn't mean to "mis-match" and it'll look tacky . Way cute shirt though . I wish I had it !!
