  1. actually bone contains marrow and as both marrow and bone are live they need nutrients which are provided by blood supply.this is true for almost all the bones including goats.also bone is a connective tissue containing solid Ca salts and there is no flesh inside.

    And for practical knowledge i will suggest "mutton masala"
