Does the book The acne cure really cure (get rid of) your acne? cause i want to be certain before i buy it?

The book itself doesn't cure acne, perhaps the methods explained in it will. Effective acne treatment varies from person to person, what may work for me might not work for you. It is a trial and error process and when you find the right treatment for you, stick with it.

I had acne for 6 years from the age of 9, nothing would work. Not even clearasil or herbal remedies. I ended up going to the doctors and had severe hormone therapy. If you really want to get rid your acne, i suggest telling your Gp and starting a course of mild treatment.

if i was you i would try cutting out greasy foods first as that can cause it, also too much dairy products can as well, if that doesn't work go see your gp i did as i had it for about 7 years went to see my GP and they stuck me on the contraception pill, THIS dose work  it takes a few weeks up to a month to kick  in but honest its well worth it and its free, so save your cash  good luck
