Does the book "Collins Class Submarine Story: Steel, Spies and Spin" give you nightmares or is it just me ?

In my nightmare I mused

{Wouldn't the software effort be "model based development" and "model based testing" ?

Someone misconstrued the reference model as a model of the released code. They told their team to declare the project completed and then asked someone to modify a copy of the model so as to reflect the released code.

Thereafter, individuals test the system against the reference model which they don't realise has been modified.

    One must wonder why you continue to post this in philosophy when it is not a philosophical issue but, rather, a matter of Australian history.
