  1. I've never heard of such a breed.  Red?  There is a Rex....but I'm not sure about the shedding part.

  2. There is no such breed as "red cat".  The photo you posted is just of some regular domestic short-hairs that have happen to have red fur..orange tabbies is what people call them.  They do not shed any less than any other cat...ALL cats shed.  Some may shed less than others...but there is no cat in the world that does not shed..unless it is hairless and has no fur to shed.

  3. All cats with fur shed. The Sphynx is a breed that doesn't shead because it's got no hair.

  4. There's no such breed.  The picture you're showing is just Domestic Shorthairs - cats of no particular breed.  "Red" is just the colour as orange is "Red" in cat colours.

And yes - they shed.  Most cats do.  But the more you groom them and the better food you put in them, the less hair will end up all over your furniture and closing.

If you like the look of these kitties go check out your local shelter - I'm sure they have LOTS of them waiting for homes.

Edit: ahh ok I checked the main page of that link (http://www.glenkerrycats.co.uk/). That's a site of a Maine Coon and Ragdoll breeder in the UK.  Those kittens don't look like Maine Coon kittens to me, though.  But I could be wrong as they're quite young in that pic.  Plus Maine Coons may look a bit different in the UK as you're dealing with different bloodlines.  I'd be a bit wary, though, of any breeder that deals with two different breeds.  Most focus on one breed and to better that breed - not spread themselves around just so they have more kittens to sell.
