Does the burnt matches as eyeliner/kohl thing work?

i've tried it, but when i burn the matches and rub it on ANYTHING nothing comes off.

I don't recommend that you do this. It's  not safe & you could buy a good eye liner that's creamy instead.

You burn a match, put it out, then put eyeliner on the match while it's hot, it will warm up the eyeliner to make it easier to put on.

No, its for your eyebrows and you have to rub it on when it's still warm XD

Or you can take your eyeliner and rub it between your palms instead of using that.
