  2. No, but I'm sure he doesn't like it flashing in his eyes too much.

    Take as many pictures as you want though. =]

  3. no, just dont hold it tooo close!!!! also, if your hamster is generally skittish, then dont do it, cant you just take a picture  in natural sun light from a window?

    Hamsters are really small and they are affected by almost anything.

    Hamsters were known to have had a stroke due to the flash of a camera, because of the sudden shock.

    The flash of the camera surely is a small thing in our eyes, but hamsters are tiny...so they have higher risks of getting a heartt attack (not to mentioned, often we are creeped out by a sudden camera flash)

    It is not really healthy...perhaps you could take a picture of them with a camera which does not give out a big flash?

    I recommend Mobile phone with cameras, or Webcams...they do better, and they are safe.
