Does the canon xsi come with a lens?

When I purchase the canon xsi, does a lens come with it?

Usually the "kit" lens, which is pretty much good all around, but it is available without one, as well (no lens at all).

you can buy just the body or get the kit which will have a lens with it good enough lens to learn to use the camera with
