All major casinos use a minimum of 4 decks for Blackjack; the usual however is 6 decks.  Ask before you play as the strategy is different for 6 and 7 deck shoes. The minimum bet is $10.00. As for Texas Hold'em, one deck (if that's your question). If you are asking if the casino has Texas Hold'em tables, the answer (according to their web site) is no.
