Does the cia have law enforcement powers? do they enforce it or just investigate?

  2. CIA just investigate when called upon and forward their findings to the relevant division. CIA are only specialists in investigation like FBI .CIA are broadband and FBI are shortwave.

Both knuckleheads above are incorrect.  The CIA is not a law enforcement or investigative service/agency.  They are prohibited by law from operating inside the USA.  They are an intelligence gathering agency, theoretically to collect data for national leaders.  On occasion, arguably illegally, they will take covert action such as an assassination or try to affect an election on foreign soil.

    But the CIA has no law enforcement authority and is expressly forbidden from taking any action (including intelligence gathering) inside the U.S.
