Does the city provide recycling bins?

Hi I would love to start recycling and was wondering if the city provided them? and if they do.. who do i need to contact in order to recieve one. Does every area in Houston Tx Recycle?

Or is it up to the trash ppl to collect and sort the recyclable materials?

In my town our garbage people have bins and you have to request them and then you put them out with your other trash.

Livonia says they do but when you pick up the charge is waved. My wife picked one up last week.
