  1. The Clean Air Act does not address smoking.  In general, unless the vehicle carries non-employee passengers, its up to the company to set policy as they see fit.


  2. No it doesn't - smoking is BANNED from ALL company vehicles.

  3. where i work they dont want you to sit in your own car on their property to smoke.you have to leave the property.

  4. The Clean Air Act states no employee can smoke when he or she is working especially in a car or building, regardless if anyone is present.   The smoke stains the inside of the car and it stinks so it's best to smoke outside the car.  The law says twenty feet from a door, window or air intake vent of car or building.
