Does the clean and clear black head eraser really work?

I saw a commerical for it and i do get a lot of them so i wanted to know if anyones tried it.

Blackheads are black because the oil at the top of the oil gland has oxidized with contact with the air. Clean & Clear works by bleaching the surface of the blackhead; you need to use it for about two weeks for the black to go away. Hydrogen peroxide will do the same thing for about one tenth the price.

Also, Clean & Clear can leave a film on your skin that hydrogen peroxide won't. That film can actually lock in bacteria and cause the blackhead to develop into a pus-filled pimple.

So yes, it works, but it doesn't work better than cheap and safe hydrogen peroxide, and it can make the blackhead turn into a pimple.
