Of course this makes less sense now that they moved it back three weeks (and it's still winter).

No, actally it goes ahead by one hour at 2:00 tomorrow morning.

yes. it is daylight savings time. this saves energy and the internet knows your time so it after 11:59 it is 1:00 (funny, huh?). the computers, satellites,etc. they all know.
