Does the code geass manga go past episode 47?

same with the fullmetal alchemist, does it go after episode 51/52

Hello!

Unfortunately, no. The manga does not go past the series. Originally, Code Geass only has 1 season but it got so popular that Ichiro Okouchi-san had to modify the last two episodes so that they can move onto season 2.

For Code Geass, it doesn't.

Because for CG, the manga is adapted from the anime where as in FMA, the anime adapted from the manga

As for Fullmetal Alchemist, the anime seperate from the manga at Chapter 15, so you should start reading here:
