"they" say...the cold keeps you awake, but my experience has always to begin yawning, and falling into a slumber as the temp drops...so is what "they" say...what your body does, or do you follow the path i tend to?

  1. Sleep in cozy comfort...

  2. I eventually follow your path, but I think it`s because I get tired of shaking and shivering. Animals hibernate when it`s cold so I think your path is more in tune with nature.

Also people fall asleep before they freeze to death, that is why you are told to do your best to stay awake long enough to be rescued when lost in the cold.

  3. For me, cold makes you sleepy. Why? Because cold do not make you perspire much, perspiring much makes you uncomfortable and warmy. Isn't it?

  4. I can never wake up energize from a cold winter day... so i follow your path a lot more

  5. I think, "they" say the cold will make you more awake because it will make you less comfortable. If you have hypothermia you will start to fall asleep, however. The cold usually makes me sleep because it is usually too hot where I am and when it is cold I can finally be comfortable.

  6. keeps me awake whereas warm places (crowded train.. etc) make me sleepy

  7. awake of course

  8. It keeps me awake .i hate being cold .

  9. ....sleepy.....
