  1. Generally, the answer is no.

The only exception that I can recall is that animals that are albino have visual problems.  The wiring of the visual part of the central nervous system can be wrong for albinos.  Neurons of the optic nerves of the albinos to not properly segregate in the lateral geniculate nucleus so that the visual hemifields are no separated.

  2. I have blue eyes, and I find that I am very sensitive to light, while my brown eyed friends don't have as much of an issue.

  3. Unless you have a pigment deficiency in your eyes, the color should not matter.

And define sensitive to light?  Yeah, my eyes would hurt if I starred right into the sun but does that mean I have sensitive eyes?  It is normal for eyes to feel a little pain when rapidly adjusting to light...

  4. donno i have like hazel eyes and ive always been sensitive to light, but i guess its just me and no idea. and i guess it stands for personal transportation?
