  1. YES! But they wont they would rather take over the government and enforce their own law.

  2. Until They Stop Fighting each other,  Nothing done by any other nation will Stop Poverty in those Countries.  Their food shortages are in part due to war, unreliable economies, under development of Natural resources and Unstable depot govenments. If the Nations that are supposed to be helping them Don't Exploit them for their own greedy gain, those nations Will Prosper on their own!

  3. JUST OCCUPIED THEM..AND DESTROY THEIR NATION AND STEEL THEIR OIL.

    EXAMPLE: IRAQ CASE

  4. No, not a responsibility.

I would say it would be more of an honorable calling to assist as we are able.

Basically what I'm saying is that its a good thing if we help (which is why we do it) but it isn't evil if we do not.

  5. If we value ourselves as humane beings, we do.

  6. No.

  7. we have a responsibility to not exploit them.

  8. Yes, it is like helping someone from your neighborhood but in a larger scale. Poverty leads to anarchy and criminal, if you don't take action about it, they will get back at you.. so helping them is necessary.

  9. I say no.

Liberals tend to say that we do, yet they will complain if we do interfere and try to help.  I'm not saying you're a liberal, but, the liberals have to learn that they cannot have it both ways.
