  1. No. The Schumann resonance is the resonant frequency of the earth. Magnetic fields don't vibrate, they simply move and oscillate, and they have more to do with what is going on in the Earth's core, the huge dyno that keeps em going.


  2. I doubt it.  I would think, though, that the Schumann resonant frequencies would be affected by the magnetic field.
