Does the energy drink Vault work for you?

it just makes me feel like i'm getting fatter. i start feeling the crash before i even get any energy.

I've tried a bunch of energy drinks but nothings worked for me.

it never gives me enough energy. it doen't taste that great either

Never tried Vault. I have tried several of the store bought brands as they are competition but I have not tried them all.  However the first responder is correct. Most really don't work. They are nothing more than suped up sodas. Extra sugar and caffein.

First make sure you are getting enough water. If you are dehydrated you will be tired, mentially and physically and energy drinks won't help. Also if you are not getting enough sleep they won't help either. There simply is no replacement for sleep.

Otherwise try ones that actually give you what you need. XS Energy provides energy from B Vitamins and not sugar and caffeine. They have 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 8 calories and out of the 10 flavors they have 3 of them have caffeine free versions too. The regualr flavors have about as much caffeine as a regular cup of coffee or soda, not a jacked up amount.

Caffeine byt the way dehydrates us too. So if you have too much then that can be counter productive to drinking regular energy drinks in the first place.
