Does the existence of different races support evolution?

It's obvious that different haplotypes have developed since humans first walked out of Africa, but do these changes in our genes qualify as evolution?? Or is there another term for it since no new species have arisen?

  1. No is supports creation. In evolution i mean Microbe to man

  2. It is evolution.  Allele frequencies in populations have changed generation to generation.  No speciation event has occurred (at least any producing a genetically isolated population that has been observed).
