No.  But,  It is not totally out of question for a female to ejaculate though contrary to some of the answers below.  Some women have the ability to "squirt" which is much more than most women do. But it does not contain protein, it would just be lubricating fluids, possibly some urine, etc.

I've never ejaculated so I wouldn't know. I thought it was just fake things in porno films? I didn't realise we had the body parts to do it. How can we produce what males produce when we don't produce sperm?

Some women can squirt and some do not i think just about all women can if they work at it. One can do a lot of reading on it and some of the duty experts say it is not true and just as many say it is. I often think that the wet spot is just as much her fluids as it is his more her than him. Women fluids have been tested so they say and found that there is some protein in it not near as much as a man but enough to show it is more than urine. Type it in you will be surprised as to what shows up.

To answer the exact question, yes it is possible.

To go more in depth:

-- It comes from stimulation of the Gspot area (1-2 inches in, on the top wall of the v****a).

-- It is not urine

-- A woman needs to be relaxed and needs to let it happen. She needs to understand that during an o****m, she will not pee (sort of like guys don't pee during o****m).

-- The ejaculation could be a just increased wetness, drips, a small puddle, or clear, odorless and slick, noticably exiting the urethral area, either a little splash or a big gush.

-- While this doesn't happen during every o****m or to every woman, this is normal and it feels GREAT!
