Does the female or the male kangeroo has a pouch?

My teacher(complete meathead) asked me to go online to check.(Yea....she is so rich,she has a big car,big house,don't tell me she don't have a computer)

    Only the female has them . . .they are external wombs to house their babies. . .

  5. the pouch is part of female kangaroos. When they're born they're actually like tiny little worm/grub things the they emerge once they're a little older and more formed. They come a go from their mum's pouch until they are more independent.
