Does the garnier anti-puff eye roller really work?

I hate the puffiness and dark circles under my eyes. Concealer helps with the dark circles, but nothing will stop the puffiness! I've tried creams, getting more sleep, drinking more water, etc., but nothing seems to help. Does this product work to "de-puff" the area under your eye, or is it useless? Thank you! :)

I just bought and I love it! This might sound crazy but I saw an improvement the first time I used it. So did my family.
