  1. Glucose can be converted to starches which are stored in the chloroplasts and can be converted back into sucrose (glucose+fructose) and transported throughout the plant.


  2. Chloroplasts.

    The mitochondria use the glucose stored in the chloroplasts when it is needed to produce energy.
