While the majority of parents in the U.S. today won't admit it, we see them "trusting in the system," the vain thing, for just about everything;- from tagging their infant children with birth certificates and socialist security numbers to programming their little minds with K-12 indoctrination via the NEA public-school system; and then on for more secular-socialist training at the higher levels if finances and/or scholarships permit.  

The State gains control over children through a little known doctrine called "Parens Patriae," or "Parenthood of the State." As briefly mentioned above, parents are unknowingly  turning their little ones over to "the State" by attaching trust instruments (birth certifications and numbering gimics*) whereby they become FEDERAL CHILDREN - Property of the Bankrupt U.S. and hypothecated for collateral to the Federal Reserve Eleemosynary Corporate State Trust. Or, in simpler terms, "beneficiaries of the Trust."

Beneficiaries have no Constitutional rights**, only duties which fall under "privileges" in accordance with U.S. statutory law which is essentially commercial law under the Uniform Commercial Code because the children were registered into Commerce (U.S. Dept. of Commerce) via their "birth certificates."

So, while many parents may answer "no" to your question, or dance around it, the fact of the matter is they are essentially ONE with the State already. Hence, federal parents produce federal children, and they all grow up pawning their worship (allegiance and fidelity) to the banner of the bankrupt UNITED STATES. Unfortunate, but true.

Trust indenture under War and Emergency Powers will hurt you each and every time.

* - U.S. government social security numbering and birth certifications are voluntary. You must apply, make an application (contract) via the SS-5 Form for an SSN. Concerning B.C's, if parents elect to have their child delivered in a U.S. hospital instead of the home, they must inform the delivering doctor and staff of the Bankruptcy and that their child will be a child of YHWH recorded in the Family Bible privy to family members only, and not part of some [rogue] foreign Trust.

** - How can a U.S. man or woman expect to have pre-Civil War Constitutional Rights and Immunities when both the U.S. government and the citizen have been conquered by the Bank? Folks, you have no lawful money of account (gold and silver coin). Federal Reserve Notes (Privately-owned Debt Paper) cannot buy allodial title to land nor sovereignty over your elected officials. FRN's can only "purchase" equitable, beneficiary interest.

As an operation of law, anyone who has a depository relationship, or a credit relationship, with a bank, such as checking, savings, CD's, charge cards, car loans, real estate mortgages, etc., are experiencing profit and gain and have thus, through written contract, agreed to abide by ALL the Rules of the Bank, so said the U.S. Sup. Court in the 1896 case of Davis vs. Elmira Savings, 161 U.S. 275. This is what Wesley Snipes and Eddie Kahn got hammered with a while back when they tried to go against the IRS for non-payment of taxes. They both still had agreements, written compacts, with banks and financial institutions. Now you may understand why the lawyer-judge says, " the Constitution doesn't apply here." That's because it doesn't! There can be no law impairing the OBLIGATION OF CONTRACTS

apparently so.. that's why you can't "spank" your children today without children's services being in your business.. and I mean spank.. NOT ABUSE and there is a difference.. but if your kids turn out to be rapist or serial killers, you hear "it's the parents fault.. they just were horrible parents".. this topic will never be proven but yes, the govt interferes where they need to stay out of...
