The unemployment office is an administrative agency, which means that they have powers of all 4 branches, well, get a legal dictionary and look it up.  Theres bound to be one online, anyhow, you must first exhaust all of your remedies through the unemployment office before you are allowed to bring your issue before a US court, I think its all a bunch of $**t the whole idea of these administrative agencies, I thought that is why we had seperate powers to begin with, anyhow good luck, and God Bless.
