  1. no

  2. In the US they can do it without a warrant now which means they can intercept everybodies phone calls and use speach recognition software to look for key words or phrases.

I suggest you avoid saying words like 'bomb' on  the phone.  Everybody's innocent untill you get investigated, then it doesn't matter.  A lot of people have been subject to rendition and they couldn't all be guilty.

  3. Only if you are a suspicious character.

  4. Haha  Interesting question!  Do you have something to hide?  Sounds like you're paranoid about something.

Just ask George W. Bush Jr.  they've been tapping phone lines for the longest...whether it's random or not I'm not sure.

  5. They can if they want to, but thank goodness the rules are very much in our favour in this matter.

  6. Ask George. George Who? George of the jungle!

  7. laws do not apply when talking on voip.

  8. There is something called CALEA that gives the gov't the legal backing to do this.

  9. All I know that I am careful about what I talk about on the phone. I just dont trust the government.

  10. only if they suspect you of a crime etc.
