Does the height measurement on a portable dishwasher's specs include wheels?

I want to buy a portable dishwasher and the spot in my kitchen is close enough to the sink so I won't need to move it. Does that mean the dishwasher will be 1-2 inches shorter? Or do the specs reflect the size without wheels? Thanks!

Yes, the height includes the wheels.  They are use to get the dishwasher into place.
