  1. they have their accuracy rates printed on the box.

You get what you pay for.

if its important to you get it done professionally, other wise youll always wonder....

  2. it depends on the type of test you get

  3. Yes, but their accuracy is not 100%. However, their accuracy is very, very high

  4. no

  5. i know if you read the box it gives you what percent is true

  6. Yes they do... I toke 3 and they were right every time ...My daughter toke them twice and she has 2 beauiful babies...They use them at the heatlh clinlic.

  7. Yes, they are thought to be extremely accurate . . . but as they are not FDA regulated and there is no additional verification of identity process compared to getting it done at a lab . . . they do not hold up in court to prove paternity or seek child support.

  8. no, unless you're talking the kind where they send you the kit and you send it in for analysis.

that kind, btw, won't hold up in court because there's no guarantee of the identify of the person donating the DNA.

  9. not very well

  10. Yes some do.

  11. It depends on what you mean by "work."

The lab can analyze the DNA samples from the swabs and tell whether or not they match, but because there is no way to prove who each sample came from, the results will not stand up in a court of law for child support, birth certificate, etc.

Additionally, because these tests are often done by "regular people," as opposed to professional lab techs, it is important to follow the instructions carefully.

If you need more info on paternity testing and how each test is different (in-home versus a legal test), you can visit this website: www.dnacenter.com. I really hope this helps! Good luck!
