  1. Yes, they will:)

  2. Most hospitals have a blanket that your husband can use, however they are pretty thin.

  3. Ok, so jealous. We aren't allowed people to stay with us, not even if they just sit on a chair (that is in the room anyway) and dont eat or drink anything.

You might find that you won't be in overnight with your second. I have been told that my hospital has a policy where they will send you home 6 hours after the baby is born if everything is ok with mum and baby.

  4. I would say yes.  However, I packed another blanket and pillow for him because the pillow that you get in the hospital is very thin and uncomfortable.  I know they have the chairs that turn into the beds, but we used the blanket he got from the hospital as a cover for the chair.

  5. Every hospital I've worked in or been in has supplied linens for a family member....blankets,sheets,etc.  You may want to bring some extra pillows though.  Most hospitals have pillows, but not many extras.

  6. They usually let 1 person stay and they have pillows and blankets. There is also a chair in your room that turns into a bed.

  7. Our hospital won't let the dad's stay, not even if you're paying for a private room. They only give them extended visiting hours. 8am-10pm, where normal visiting hours are 12noon to 8pm.

I'd bring a blanket with you, just in case.

  8. All hospitals are different...I went onto the website for the hospital I am giving birth at with this baby and it specifically states visiting hours for fathers is 24 hours a day but no sleeping accommodations are given. I would assume that means no blankets are given either...but on the other hand I cannot possibly see them saying "No! You can't have a blanket!" LOL. I would bring one just in case though.

  9. usually yes. You can always just ask for one

  10. YES ALMOST ALL HOSPITAL GIVE A PERSON A BLANKET THAT IS WITH YOU
