The best thing you can do to slow down the aging process is to live an anti-aging lifestyle every single day. To do this it is important to eliminate sugar completely, eat a balanced diet of organic proteins, vegetables, fats and unprocessed nutrient dense carbohydrates, always get plenty of sleep, keep your stress under control (because stress can age you very rapidly) and make sure your life contains abundant love and joy. All of these will, together, help to support your immune system, your endocrine system, your energy and your appearance. But this can only happen with real, serious effort. It's like anything else that is worth accomplishing -- it requires effort and persistence.

Well it all depends...You won't take these magical hgh supplements and look younger.  It might help and it might not.  If you want superb energy and feel a little sharper with yourself,  mentally and physically,  then hgh is worth it.  It all depends on how active you are too.  They say it will eliminate wrinkles,  but I haven't seen any of that yet.  I'm on one called genf20 which is pretty amazing.  I feel so much better while on these.

I got a lot of info on it and saved money on them at hghlevel.com which was helpful.
