Does the indiana driver's permit really have a breathalyzer on the little picture?

I just got my permit, and there is two pictures on it. A big one, and a slightly faded smaller one. One of my friends told me that the little one is a breathalyser [the picture will fade if there is alcohol on your breath when you breathe onto the picture ...wtf?]

I dunno, I can't find anything about it online, so if you knew that'd be greeeaat.
