  1. The international community must respect the sovereignty of another country and must help in solving the problem that is internal in nature.

  3. The answer is "NO".

  4. Under international law, anything goes.  There is really no international law to speak of regarding invasion.  If the international community really wanted to do it then they would do it.  They do have the right to invade another country, but they try not to at all possible costs, specifically because they dont want to be the next country being invaded.
