Does the ipl team players remain the same in the next cup in the same team next year?

There is a provision for trading of players by different franchisees after February 2009.  Under this provision, franchisees can exchange the players from one team to the other only with the mutual consent of players and franchisees.

If no trading of players take place, the present players in each team will remain the same in the next 3 years.

All Players are under contract and players will be traded

between the teams and still the contract/money has to be

honored by the owners. I think as we move forward, many icon

players may be dropped instead a contract will be signed for

those players. With other countries also making interest in

playing, then there will be an open window to buy more players

and some players may be dumped.
