  1. No. Fiscal activity is what happens (takes place) during a business calendar year. If a profit is earned during this "year" - then an income tax is due. But there is no tax called fiscal activity.

    There IS A SCAM being promoted online via email that appears to be coming from the IRS with a subject line that reads...

    IRS Notification - Fiscal Activity

    ... that then promises a refund amount. This is a SCAM email and should be avoided. Do not respond.
