Yes, but you need a wi-fi connection. It's the full internet too, except it won't display *all* javascript, so if you want to watch a video you can't unless you download an app from the appstore. But other than that it displays all webpages (including yahoo answers) in rich html condition.

Yes, it has a WiFi Connection.  This means that you need to have a Wireless Router in your home to connect the Itouch to the internet.
