  1. No, it's $15 for unlimited.


  2. No. If you paid for the Vpak subsciption ($15) then you are not getting charged anything additional.

    Verizon no longer deducts anything from your minutes except for actual calls. They now charge you $1.99 per megabute of usage, or on an as you use basis.
