Does the limited editiion elemental hero sparkman come in the jaiden yuki starter deck?

I basicly really want an elemental hero spark man and when I saw a pic of it that said it was from a deck and need to know if its from a jaiden yuki structure deck

No it comes in the Starter Deck: Special Edition.

i was wondering the same question  a while back. it was in the starter deck:special edition. that deck has basic cards the can be used in any deck, like skelangel(spelling?)
