Does the lower stomach ever get flat througout the day?

Im 30 weeks pregnant and today my stomach kept getting flat at the bottom like if the baby moved all the way up or what? Its kind of creepy it happened twice today. Anybody experience that? and can you describe ur babys movements? My stomach right under my breast will start jumping and then a second later my lower stomach starts thumping. I get scared.

It happens! The baby is moving at two or more places at a time now!

yes;, the lower stomach can get flat during the day--especially now that you are 7 months gone. the baby is very active at this stage, and can move in any position several times a day. this is normal.sometimes it moves under the rib and in the lower area of the stomach. the thumping is the baby;s knees, feet, elbows, and hands. dont be scared. it is just active. congratulations! hope this helps.

That going to happen alot. Your baby maybe moving his hands and his feet at the same time and youll feel both movement so dont worry! Its very common. Just be happy that your baby is moving, its a sign your baby is healthy.
