Question:

Does the lunging exercise make your calves get big? or do they just help you lose weight in your thighs?

like when you just lunge across the room and back for a long time.

if they do make your calves get big, then what other specific leg exercise makes your legs (but MOSTLY thighs) smaller..NOT muscular just smaller.

  1. They build muscles in your thighs and calves, which actually makes you gain more weight. But it is worth it if you are more muscular.

    Thigh Friendly Excersizes:

    Squats

    Swimming

    Walking

    Running

    Push Ups

    Bycling

    Running/Jogging in Place
