  1. Diamagnetism is the property of a material, not a magnetic field, so the answer is no. That said, the earth's molten iron core which generates the magnetic field *internally* is diamagnetic, because is is a conductor. Since the iron is liquid above the Cury point, it is not ferromagnetic. Diamagnetism is a measure of a material's ability to exclude and oppose an *externally* applied magnetic field.
