You have been watching batman.the answer is no.A boxing match would look like an Appalachians convention if they still ran things shady in boxing.the corrupt things in boxing have always been there that is why it has a history richer than any other sport and we love it for it.tragic or what.

Man ever since John Gotti was imprisoned the "mafia" is no longer even existent.  Las Vegas is owned by greedy corporations and there's no way the F.B.I. is going to let there greedy corporate partners lose money to any criminal eliment of the Italian community any more man.  The mob was just a bunch of poor boys stuck in big cities ttrying to do business like the politicians do, but the politicians made d**n sure that the only "crooks" would be themselves and no one else.  So there is no more mafia dude and there never will be again.  The corporations will make d**n sure of that trust me.  I know that a lot of us still wish the mafia was around to s***w the system over that's been s******g us for so long, but the system has already won that war dude.  There is no more mafia in the United States.  Boxing is controlled by rich corporate executives dude and they like it that way.

The F.B.I. is a machine that never stops and the corporate interests they protect end up making or breaking the politicians they dictate law to.  With out coporate money a politician is a "nothing" and the same holds true for the F.B.I. which utilizes private coporate money on a daily basis, as well as such other agencies as the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency which are both Federal agencies that used the mafia to help them in their time of need then back stabbed the mob later down the road any way.
