  6. Yes, actually it does have soil. It's not the same as you'll find here on earth, but it IS soil. As a previous poster said, NASA has performed multiple tests on lunar soil that the astronauts brought back on previous Apollo missions.

  9. no it has moon dust!!!! there is no organic compounds on the moon to create soil!!!!....and there is a difference between soil and dust!!!

No, soil consists largely of ground up rock, organic matter (leaf and plant debris) and water.  Although there is plenty of rock dust on the moon there is no weathering to reduce to the fine size needed for soil.  There is no organic matter on the moon and only an outside possibility of frozen water in the bottom of craters at the poles.
