  1. NO THE EARTH TILT AT 75 degrees AT THE MOON

  2. Short answer: no. But the rather large tilt in the Earth's rotational axis may well have originated in the collision that created the moon.

  3. Yes it does.  The moon has a stabilizing effect on the earth's axial tilt.  Note the earth's tilt still wobbles a bit but the moon helps keep it in check.

We are probably lucky in this regard.  The earth has a particularly large moon as a percentage of the mass of the planet it orbits.  Far larger than any other planet in the solar system (there are a few bigger moons but none so big in comparison to their companion).

I do not know but imagine this helped life evolve on earth since we were less subject to fluctuations in our seasons/climate had our moon been smaller.

  4. No, it doesn't. Do you recall those experiments in grade school science class, involving gyroscopes? The Earth is not unlike a big gyroscope - its spin keeps the poles pointing in the same direction they always have, not counting precession.
