Does the moon rotates the earth 13 times?

so can i say there are 13 hours and 13 months, and a 13th zodiac sign,

The moon orbits the earth slightly over 12 times a year.  I think it breaks down to about 11 extra days every year, so that some years, there will be 13 new moons (or whatever phase you designate as the starting point).

I'm confused about your 13 hours comment.

As far as the zodiac goes, you will find a better response in an astrology forum, seeing how the astronomical designations of what constellation the sun is in at one point is about one full month off of what the astrological designations are.

it doesn't rotate the earth at atll.  It revolves around the earth.  And yes, it does so almost 13 times per year.

simple division shows there are about 13.37 sidereal months in a solar year, and about 12.36 synodic months

Eventually the moon will rotate the earth 13 times, you mean in a month, a year?  And there already is technically a 13th zodiac it's called Ophiuchus the Serpent Bearer.  It's between Scorpio and Sagittarius.  Most people think they took it out because 13 is bad luck.

If you look outside as we speak,you will see on the east its a full moon.Now that happens once a month,Add them & get your answer,otherwise find a farmers almanac.
