Does the mornng after pill cause period pain??

Question

I recently took the morning after pill (within 14 hours) and since then (7 days ago) i am suffering with severe period pain and no period, iam due to have my period soon but not with this much discomfort.

Any ideas? - no lectures please!! i am happily married and have a healthy daughter. Thank you

Yes it does. It has high dose of hormones and basically speeds up your cycle, so you probably have similar symptoms to a "real" period's pain or discomfort.
